I believe web design is an excellent career choice these days. As internet usage is increasing it is estimated that the demand for individuals in the graphic design and web design fields will drastically increase between now and 2018. So, in asking whether web design is a good career choice the answer is yes. A number of factors need to be kept in mind, however, if a career in web design is being considered. Although usually a Bachelor’s degree is the starting block for this career, it is essential to keep updated on all the new technological developments in the field of web design in regards to newer graphics and software. Refresher courses should be undertaken frequently to ensure you remain on top of all new and ever-changing developments.
